Working hours/Shift patterns – 40 hours per week, rotational shifts Monday-Friday between 08:00 AM and 20:00 PM. One weekend shift every 2 weeks (09:00 AM - 17:30 PM).

As a Telephone Sales Advisor (Inbound) you’ll be speaking to customers who have previously visited the companies website and are looking to purchase some of the amazing technology and services.
Â
Through effective listening, fact finding and matching the customers’ needs with their amazing technology and services, you’ll convert these calls into sales whilst delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating customers for life.
Â
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a telephone sales role, with training and ongoing support you’ll be able to offer a world class sales experience.Â
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Â
• Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the websites
• Effectively pitching the benefits of products and services to customers
• Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed
• Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations
• Delivering a best-in-class customer experience
This role will involve dealing with credit(s) payments and setting up credit plans.

You will need:

• To be a confident communicator with strong people skills
• To be driven with the desire to consistently exceed sales targets
• IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficientlyÂ
• A passion for tech!Â
• Flexible and adaptable
• A passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life
• Previous sales experience would be desirableÂ
